Refund policy
We have a 30 day no-questions return policy.
You may have ordered too much or the wrong specification - don't worry we're here to help!
Simply return the stock to our warehouse and we're refund you. This applies to partial returns too, say for example you accidentally over ordered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it along with your proof of purchase. For bulk insulation, this means whole bags only.

Please keep in mind we cannot pick up material, it must be returned to us.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you suspect it may be damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This can be done in person at our factory.
Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@melbourneinsulationonline.com.au.
