Used to hold insulation batts and house wraps into place. Tapes are used to join seams in house wraps to create a weathertight barrier, and straps are used to suspend batts into place.

What you need to install insulation and wraps

• Membrane sealing tapes - Ametalin QuickTape, Sisalation VapaSeam and Tesa membrane joining tape seal overlaps, joins and penetrations in wall wraps to form an airtight, weathertight barrier.
• Strapping/ductband - 12mm x 1000m blue polypropylene strapping in a dispenser box, used to hold batts in unclad ceilings and to suspend polyester underfloor insulation between joists.
• Stinger HT38 hammer tacker and 8mm staples - for fast fixing of house wrap, strapping and insulation.

Delivery and pickup

We deliver across metro Melbourne (within 50km of the CBD) with our own trucks. Delivery is free on orders over $999, or $99 below that, and orders placed before 2pm qualify for next day delivery. You can also pick up free from our Ravenhall warehouse at 78 Rebecca Drive.
