• Moisture and condensation control - acting as a vapour barrier or
• Weather resistive barrier - to protect your build after framing and before cladding 
• Draught sealing - reducing unwanted air infiltration through the building envelope
• NCC compliance - meeting and exceeding Australian building code requirements for sarking and condensation management
